Pricing Policy

Here at SkatersAcademy.com, we try very hard to offer the highest quality skates at the best possible prices. Your continued support allows us to purchase skates in such large quantities that we can offer the lowest possible prices. We do not currently offer a price match guarantee at this time.

Prices at SkatersAcademy.com are subject to change, even when you thought our deals couldn't get better.

Please note that the price paid at the time of your purchase is the final price. We do not give any adjustments once you have purchased the equipment.

Please Note: We DO NOT ACCEPT GIFT CARDS from major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, etc....)

Return Policy

* We will not accept any returns without a Authorized Return Number - please call 65 65 65 63 for return authorization. Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused!

All returns or exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date. All items must be new, unused and in the original box and packaging.

Exchanges: We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore, SkatersAcademy.com will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions.

Refunds: Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. Please note that the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping was free. (i.e. customer orders a skate for $150 with free shipping...the customer will receive a refund of $150 minus the 15%, minus cost of original shipping)

Express Exchange: Express service is available for a $5 minimum charge. If upon receipt of products the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no "Free Shipping" on exchanges) and the $5 minimum charge; then, when the original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original item. There are several costs to us for doing this...thus the $5 minimum service charge.

Clearance/Closeout Items: Clearance or Closeout items can not be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

All products sold by SkatersAcademy.com are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged or used please report this to us immediately. No returns will be accepted of used items! Please, when you are trying skates on, only wear them indoors on carpet.

All returns to SkatersAcademy.com will require a return authorization label. No returns will be accepted without this label, please call us for any returns or exchanges so that we can provide you with an authorized return label. Note, any returns without this label on the box will be refused at the cost of the shipper.

All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.
